Both times I started crying so hard that I had to call my mom from my dorm room. I mean, serious crying, the type where I'm actually sobbing into a pillow. As sad as it seems, I really encourage you and everyone to read the last chapter. It's more touching than you'd think, and it really adds to the impact the book has on you. I'd say it's almost necessary to the rest of the book.<br /><br />But whatever you decide, I agree that this book is amazing.
